november and december last year. both of our winters are expected to be dry. this is not too bad but unless its starts to ran we may be in trouble. a new report from the department of resources and colorado stated that a third dry winter is a real possibility. in the past warm water conditions out of the pacific ocean have been an indicator of whether not california will have bright weather but this year the temperatures are neutral. it is combined with patterns for them to make three predictions. first, dry conditions for most of california especially in the southern part, second there will be normal to dry conditions for the colorado basin area including nevada.
